It is pretty easy to follow the tuturial. Just remember to make a backup copy of all the files you are currently using, so if you mess up you can use the back up files.

The default authentication code is qwerty12345 . I suggest you change it to something like Wiggles007dude , so spam bots have a harder time guesting it.

I followed this tuturial for adding a phpbb2 captcha code which is better then the default phpbb2 captcha which did not work well at preventing some spam bot.

But, this one works a lot better.
