For example, someone who picks their ear criticizing someone who picks their teeth or nose. Both habits are gross when done around food, or drinks. It is kind of hypocritical for the ear picker since both people have behavioral flaws of picking themselves.

Hypocrits bother me. I am a beleiver of practice what you preach. I try as hard as I can not to tell someome to do something I would not do. Hyprocits are the main violator of this rule.
