Yes, I only met one person who did not know how to post topics and reply to topics on forums.
Members can learn how to post at FAQs for how to post on phpBB. .
It is pretty surprising that some people can chat in a chat room, but can't post a thread on a forum.
Have you met people who don't know how to reply and make topics on forums?

there are people who CAN'T click a link when you tell them to ie Click HERE they amazingly can screw that up,
though i digress there are many many people out there less useful than a box of hair just look at governments they mostly occupy them or HR departments
