Do you care about ALT text for images and links?

ALT text is the text in those bubbles that pop up when you hover your mouse pointer over an object on a website.

I try to add alt text to my images and links when I have the time since I adding descriptive alt text to images, links, and objects is a good way of making your website Search Engine friendly, and accessible with people who are blind, or don't have much of their vision since blind people use browsers that read uses words to read the entire website for them.
