What do you think of virtual Machines, emulatation, or dual booting a Operating System.

Not really a fan of Virtualization, but it is a great way to learn and tweak a OS without wrecking your OS on your computer, and you can use it to learn about networking without buying a ton of computers and networking gear. I notice it kind of slow on older slower computers.

Wine HQ for Linux works running mang windows games, and program. It uses less resources and hard drive space then virtual machines.

It is also fun to emulate classic games like super mario, duck hunt, Sonic games on my Computer since classic games and consoles cost too much on ebay.

Dual booting seem like kind of a hassle since I need to partition a hard drive , or install an extra hard drive for running the second OS. Plus, I need to restart the computer and pick which OS I want to boot from with the boot.ini.
