How long does it typically take for an Google Adword voucher to become active?

How long does it typically take for an Google Adword voucher to become active?

I got a voucher in the Mail from Google Adword which gave me a code for a $75 gift adword voucher. I filled out a form on Adword for the voucher.

Adword gave me a message which said an E-mail will be sent when my adword account is credited with $75, but I never got my adword free advertising credit in my account or an e-mail from Google after a few days...

Do I need to fill out my credit card billing information before I get my adword free voucher?

I would check the site to see how long it takes to get credited. You should also check your spam folder to see if any emails ended up there.
