Can you read any Asian languages?

Not really, but I can read some by seeing Japanese and Chinese words in anime, TV, and the internet so much. Plus, some people's tattoos of Asian words have subs, so I learn some words by reading people's tattoos, clothing with subs to Asian words.

I can read, speak or understand Vietnamese language a bit. I also know how to speak Filipino.

i can kinda read and write chinese and i can speak cantonese and a bit of mandarin

The only know is the language of Philippines, they call it Filipino Language. :)

Yes , I can understand Asian language very well and also write . That language is Urdu.
