What are your views on web browser which are based on Internet Explorer?

Internet Explorer based Web Browsers like Slim Browser and Avant Browser are usually better then the default Internet Explorer 8 which can be slow at times, but Browsers based on IE sometimes share some annoying features of Internet Explorer 8 like high memory usage when you used them for too long.

never even herd of those browsers, but if they are based on IE they are sure to be fail.
