is screwed this time. I hear she is being taken to court for stealing a pricey necklace.

Indeed, but I bet she won't go to jail at all or for long since she still have some money to hire a lawyer. I read somewhere that she eventually returned the necklace before the cops can go to her house.

Plus, in America, it seems that celebs don't go to jail for a long time or at all because people are star struck.

her sentence might get reduced since she return it, but if the judge is anything like judge judy she is cooked.

i heard about the news too and the necklace is worth $2,500. Lindsay Lohan according to report was caught wearing the pricey necklace in the boutique just before it went missing. I am quite sad with the news and i do hope it is untrue.

I also heard the owners of the Jewelery store does not want to sue her, and did not realize she was in so much trouble. Plus, Lindsay Lohan also accidentally left her more expensive jewelery at the store.

Lohan had also left her own, more expensive earrings on the counter.

so glad it's out of the jewelry store owners hands, because she did steal and they are clearly wanting to let her go because of her sad status.
