Do you dislike car and home alarm which never turn off, and the owner is not there to turn the alarm off?

Something on your mind, or having a bad day? Talk about anything in here.

Yes, I hate it when car alarms are buzzing their sirens, and no one turns them off since they are very loud and its hard to sleep, read, or do quiet tasks when alarm sirens are ON.

if the car owner is away that would be bad, guess you would have to call the police or something?

Yes, but so few people call the police since they are lazy, but if it was outside of my home. I will call for sure if the alarm been on for 15 minutes or more.

Some car alarms are also very loud, so they can also be very far away and you don't know where it is located.

i think car alarms is pretty much useless now, at least in my area in CA people are so used to car alarms going off that its pretty easy to ignore them now, no matter how annoying they are. And even if the car is being jacked by someone else, the most someone would do is scared the person away. calling the police doesn't really work now, since our city has a shortage of police and police reacts quite slow to these kind of calls since no one is dying or anything. And some car alarms are just so sensitive. like my friend has this alarm on his car that if anyone touches it...it would go off. the only car alarms that i find useful are the ones that let you know that the alarm went off, but those are kinda pricey to get

my city still kind of pure, so a car alarm going off means someone is breaking into it or the owner set it off.

I think those Clubs/Locks which you put over your steering wheel are a lot more useful since it is harder to drive if the CLUB is still on your car steering wheel unless the robber knows how to pick locks.

But, those Steering wheel clubs/locks are not useful if someone wants to steal your stereo, or money in your car, and they take up a lot of space when your car is full and you need a place to put it, but all your seats are full.

anyone who leaves money in a car (more then a few dollars in change) is a complete idiot.
