Do you think gaming is an addiction? If you think about it a LOT of people are which includes children, teenagers and adults!
It’s all about the choices you make. You want to avoid it or do you want it to rot your brain? Gaming is not an addiction for me. I actually quit playing games. I see nothing to achieve in playing a game.

I think if you spend more then 8 hours a day gaming, and you are not a professional gamer, or make money from gaming like the pro gamers in South Korea then it can be an addiction.
Indeed, not doing your daily duties, and just gaming can be seen as an addiction.
It is all about moderation by finishing your homework, work, and chores before you game.
