Would you rather have a digital camera which can take OK video, or a HD digital video camera which also takes pictures?

I think I rather have a digital camera which can take okay quality video since it has a flash for taking pictures if I plan to use it mostly indoors.

However, if I mostly plan on taking video outdoors, I rather have a HD video camera which can record HD video and take photos without flash since usually the outdoors have enough lighting to take okay pictures without a flash being on.
