you can costumize the start bar in it in the free version, or you can buy the enhance version for 19.99 and have more options to customize more.

i wouldn't advise using this software it eats memory like it's going out of style, you better off going to a windows theme site and just searching for what your looking forfroggyboy604 wrote:u can try a program called windows blind . I heard it was ok. but, i never used it myself.

^ooo, your right it takes up 64mb of ram according to Cnet review i read. I think you be fine if you have 512mb or more ram and dont have like a lot of big programs running at once like "photoshop, IE, firefox Paint shop pro, winamp, aim, msn, ICQ, and microsoft office running all at once.
I forgot to tell you that the free version is a 2 month trial. that mean u have to pay 20 bux for the full version after 2 month of trying it out. or just uninstall it.
I dont know any good themesites. maybe someone else can help. i hope
I try looking for one for you.

2) Download this: http://www.llbbl.com/data/nw_uxpatcher.zip
3) Install the patch
4) Go to http://guistyles.com - Click on Windows Styles
5) Browse until you find a theme you like
6) Once found, the theme should of a folder, such as the name of the theme, and in that folder should be a .msstyle file
7) Extract the folder to C:\WINDOWS\Resources\themes\
Only extract to that area if you want to use the theme later on, if you have no plans of using it after you change your theme again, simply double click on the .msstyle file
9) Enjoy
This is what I use, its a basic DLL patcher that used NO resources at all and is safe.
