Leap year

I see this up coming Wednesday is a leap day. Kind of sucks for people born around that date.

Yeah because they're not getting old and it only happened every four years.

Indeed, I wonder would some people just not give presents to them since they don't get old, so they get no presents.

they could just celebrate it earlier or just in march.

Leap year come after every four year .The person of leap year do not get so many presents.
