Increasing Ratio of Aeroplane Crashing

In every year an average 30 air crash happens in all over the world and we lost our relative in seconds. This ratio is increasing year by year. Its too alarming. Too many factors involved in it like too hectic schedules of pilot. Not proper maintainance of plains, bad weather etc. What you say how we can reduce this ratio of air crashing.

I'm not sure, but I think inventing a giant parachute for the plane, or have parachutes for the passengers to use if there is a plane crash can increase the survival rate.

Better training for pilots, mechanics, and other people involve in the airline industry can help.

They can probably hire better workers, or have more workers to check if the plane is safe before it flies.

in other words give them more reason to increase flying rates.
