How often do you find yourself getting Static Shock? Do you take care in grounding yourself before handling any tech?

I don't get static shock often, but I do use an antistatic wrist strap, and pad when working inside my PC. I also wear anti-static gloves.

I heard the cold weather increases the chance of static shock because of the low humidity during the winter time from cold temperature.
