Does your phone often get hot? If so how do you go about cooling it down?

I close all my apps, and turn off my screen for a few minutes.

I seem to have a program that automatically cools down my phone, not sure if it really works.

Though how would you make sure the apps are closed?

I just use the Task killer feature in Clean Master which closes the app for me. Clean Master also has a CPU cooler app which seems to does the same thing as the task killer app.
