How long should a phone last?
I'm just curious, but how long does a cell phone last or should last?

I still see some people using the iPhone 4/4S, Android phones, and older flip phones, and now it is almost 2017, so I think many smartphones will last for over 5 years of regular or light use.

Considering I spent a lot on my phone, I hope to get at least 5-6 years out of my note 4.

I agree, people who spent a lot of money on their phones hope they last a long time.
Hopefully, high quality smartphones also become more affordable in the future.

One issue that seems to be rising in my phone and other old phones is heat issue, which is never good.

I agree, one of the issues with phones are heat. Maybe phones in the future will come with better cooling.

Would be nice, but I feel that would make them bulky somehow
