ringtones..

Post by Liddo Annie »

Just wondering..well this may be only for those with Bell Mobility.. or does the states have the Samaung A920? i think that's the model? it's the one with a 1.3 mp camera, and a video and mp3?

looks like this:

any ways if you do, how do you get ring tones/mp3s to your phone? I don't want to download it since i didn't get the browser bundle and a whole lot of other stuff, that means adding $5+ to my monthly bill.

Don't say use the USB cable it didn't work, and it comes with memory cards, but i have no clue how to use them and the manual is confusing that's why I'm asking you guys

from reading some of the post here http://objectsharp.com/blogs/barry/arch ... /3688.aspx I think the USB cable is for the modem in your phone for accessing the net when connected to a computer, but it cant be used for file transfers.

You need some sort of memory card reader/writer to move files to your memory card that connected to your computer. like this one which is found on the bottum of samsung's site.

Image The mobile phone ready USB 2.0 card reader/writer can be used as an interface (along with the TransFlash/Micro SD memory card) with your computer which will allow you to load and download information.

I can't find the instructions for making ringtones on your phone on the web without the web browser, but i found a neat program called tonethis @ http://www.tonethis.com/ that might work if you ever get the web browser for your phone.
