天王周杰伦是当今华语影坛最抢手的当红炸子鸡！制作人吴敦透露，明年３月将开拍电影《灌篮》，第一男主角敲 定周杰伦。“这是TW电影的希望，我可是铁杵磨成锈花针，终于等到他（周董）了！”吴敦因周董放下身段，直 说很荣幸又很感谢能争取到“票房保证”的演出。

将集合大量特效、功夫和篮球赛事的《灌篮》，电影角色虽发想自漫画《灌篮高手》，故事则重新编写，再加入武 术元素。周杰伦主演的角色是一名自小被送去武功学校的孤儿，在校内４大高手辅助下展露天分：跳得很高，投球又准，因而被外界发掘。吴敦表示，他个人已８年未拍电影了，此片为其“复出”影坛之作，资金 预计高达1000万美金。
Assembling a lot of effects, kong fu and basketball competition, “Slam Dunk” idea originated from the manga itself. However, the story would be rewritten, adding in martial arts elements. Jay’s character is an orphan who was sent to learn martial arts when he was little. In the school, under the care and help of 4 martial arts masters, Jay showed his talents; the ability to jump very high, dead accuracy in shooting hoops and was discovered by the world. Wu Dun expressed that he has not made a movie in 8 years and this is his ‘coming back’ film and the estimate cost is as high as US$10,000,000.

吴敦去年看《头文字Ｄ》后，对周董的演技潜质“惊为天人”，即与他接触，但没有谈成。后来周杰伦赴内地拍摄张艺谋新片《满城尽带黄金甲》，吴敦又透过多方管道接触。他说两人谈到香港、内地电影的拍摄情况，也对周董“晓 以大义”，认为应该为TW电影尽一份心力，因此终于得到周董首肯。
After watching “Initial D”, Wu was impressed by the potential showed by Jay’s acting and immediately contacted him. However nothing was established then. After that, Jay went to China to film Zhang Yi Mou’s new film and Wu contacted Jay through many channels. Wu said that they discussed the conditions of filming in HK and China. Jay also wanted to contribute a part in the Taiwan movies and this finally got Jay’s agreement to the shooting of the movie.

吴敦签到周杰伦相当开心，也顺便抒怨气说：“TW演员太现实了，先前我想和曾合作过的演员谈拍戏，哪知道林 志颖就以自己很忙，一口回绝我，连一点空间没有！徐若瑄则是连电话都不回了。”吴敦又自嘲说：“也许我是格 局变小了，大家都太忙了，现在比照周杰伦，真是感叹！”
Wu was very happy to be able to have Jay and at the same time, he made some complains. “Taiwanese actors are too practical. Initially, I wanted to find the actors that I have previously worked with. However, Jimmy rejected me by saying that he is busy and there wasn’t even room for discussion. Vivian Hsu didn’t even bother to return my calls.” Wu then mocked himself, saying that maybe his setup has become smaller and hence everyone is busy. Yet now, comparing with Jay, it is really dejecting to receive that kind of answers.

Talking about Jay, Wu said, “Jay is a young man with many ideals and he is willing to do his part for Taiwan movies. Coincidentally, this film matched his love for playing basketball and the character has a tingle of Bruce’s feeling, matching several of Jay’s dreams.” About Jay’s payment, Wu expressed that they had signed a secrecy clause and hence can’t be revealed though it would definitely be higher than “Initial D”.

吴敦说，周杰伦的《头文字Ｄ》很卖座，也是目前TW电影要走达成商业目的的新希望，因此已有内地电影商前来探询，认为若能明年拍完，后年正好赶上奥运 热，也是热门的话题。吴敦表示，他已邀吴孟达、曾志伟等人加入演出武术老师，并培养陈启礼儿子陈楚河为第２男主角当周董球友，程小东将任武术指导，朱延平 任该片导演。
Wu said that Jay’s “Initial D” had very good box office, a goal that Taiwanese movies are moving towards and hence, a new hope for Taiwan movies. Due to this reason, there are many film businesses from China came asking about it. They believed that it would become a hot topic if the filming can be finished next year and be on the market during the Olympics. Wu said that he had invited Wu Meng Da and Eric Tsang to join in the film and will train Chen Qi Li’s son as the second main character, as a friend of Jay in the film. Chen Xiao Dong will be the martial arts director and Zhu Yan Ping as the director.

由于预估的成本很高，昨(27)天上午，吴敦和朱延平一同与郑文灿见面，谈《灌篮》将来在TW拍摄时的支援 ，以及补助。朱延平说，由于案子拖延已久，原本香港有意出资拍摄，但郑文灿一再鼓励，因此决定将《灌篮》拍成百分百的TW电影，1000万美金预算，也 将破朱延平个人执导纪录。
As the cost making is deemed to be very high, Wu and Zhu had met up with Zheng Wen Yan, discussing about the support for “Slam Dunk” in the future. Zhu said that there was interested HK funding but under the encouragement of Zheng, they decided to make “Slam Dunk” as a 100% TW film. The US$1,000,000 budget is going to break Zhu’s personal record.

吴敦说，由于争取到周董演出，该片的前制作业要积极展开；但最近发现TW的拍片环境实在硬体不足，小巨蛋的 场地租借一天60万台币也令人却步，因此不排除部分外景移师内地。
Wu said due to Jay’s agreement to act, the preparation for the producing of the film are being carried out enthusiastically. However, it was discovered that the hard ware (real environments; buildings etc) for shootings is lacking. The high rental fee of Xiao Ju Dan (the new indoor stadium which was in the lime light a few months ago) also turned away the producers. Hence there is a possibility of moving the shootings into Mainland China.

明年开拍 已签拟意向书

周杰伦所属的阿尔发唱片表示，双方的确接触过，周杰伦已看过剧本，有相当大的接演意愿，加上他有心支持TW 电影再出发，因此目前双方已签“意向书”。阿尔发总经理杨峻荣表示，由于正式开拍的日期在明年，还有许多细 节尚未敲定，所以尚未正式签约，只先签拟“意向书”。
Alfa music confirmed that both sides did make some contacts. Jay had read the script and was largely willing to act. In addition, Jay wanted to support the re-setting off of Taiwan movies and hence both have signed the letter of intent.
