Do $2 & asian themed stores usually have nicer pencils, pens, erasers, etc then regular office supplies stores?

I found a new smaller place by interntaional village woot their selection isn't that big though.

Yeah the selection of stuff at Int. vill store is not that big. But, I think it is pretty good compared to most dollar stores and stationery stores. I think the one at richmond has more toys and decorative stuff like plates, and statues while the one at International Village sell mostly household items and school supplies.
